Its firing rate is quite slow but the damage inflicted is greater then the xm1014. One shot to the head and your enemy is deadmeat. Not suitable for assaulting .Use this weapon as a back-up to your teammate. The damage made by this gun is depends on the numbers of buckshot you successfully hit your enemy ( max damage = 16 x 8= 128 HP per round, without armor ). Terrible for long ranges.
